  • 4 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (optional)

  • ½ lemon
  • Salt
  • Warm water

When life gives you lemons, use them to clean your wooden cutting board. Sprinkle a bit of coarse salt on it first. Then use a half-cut lemon to scrub. The acid in lemons help break down bacteria. You get a non-toxic cleaner cutting board after it’s rinsed off.
