Tahquamenon Falls State Park in Michigan is beautiful! I can never remember how to say the name of the park but I will always remember being there.

Open year round, the highlight of staying here is being able to walk or ride your bike to the 50-foot falls and to actually go into them. This is an amazing experience that you don’t want to miss. I could not believe how clear and refreshing the water was! You can either hike to the falls or you can rent a boat and paddle across to them.

The park itself is in the middle of nowhere but that is part of the beauty of it. It is quiet except for the rush of the waterfalls and the night sky is amazing.
