Behind the scenes of every great company is a team of passionate employees. At Awesome RV, this is especially true. Each and every staff member at the dealership’s Olympia and Chehalis locations work hard to ensure customers receive quality care every time they step onto the lot or visit the dealership’s service center. For these staffers, it’s not a requirement of the job, it’s a privilege that comes with the territory.
However, at the core of this team are three key players. They are the rest of the staff’s support system, and they work day in and day out to ensure that all components of the dealership work like a well-oiled machine. This dedicated trio is comprised of Awesome RV’s Operations Manager, Steve Lux; Service Manager, Jim Jussila; and Parts Manager, Clayton Webb.
Steve Lux got his start in the RV industry back in 1986 and came to Awesome RV — then Uhlmann RV — back in 1990.
