From the Seattle Post Intelligencer:
A University of Texas at Austin student has taken what he learned in the classroom to make a frugal life decision by creating an eco-friendly, mortgage-free tiny home.
Joel Weber said he made the decision to “live debt-free and happy” during his sophomore year of college.
It features a master loft and an additional one to serve as either a guest room or storage space, stairs which double as a small office, as sitting area, kitchen and restroom, all for $20,000.
