FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — Navarre Beach has plenty of condos and rental homes for snowbirds to nest in, but many of them enjoy staying at the local RV parks where they can sleep in their own bed and take off when they please, NFW Daily News noted.
“Home is where you park it,” said Louie Gueli, of Toledo, Ohio, to NFW Daily News.
Gueli and his wife, Robin, just started their RV adventure this year. After they both retired this year, they sold all of their belongings and have been traveling the country. But when the cool weather hit, they made a beeline for Navarre parking at the St. Rosa RV Resort in October, where they’ll stay until April, NFW Daily News explained.
