RVers enjoyed Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — For twelve days the RV Park at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta was home to as many as 8,000 people. Now, it’s inhabited only by a few jackrabbits and lizards, KOB 4 explained.

A lot of people came in RV caravans including a lot of Good Samaritan clubs, from far away and close to home, according to KOB 4.

“We have Sunrise Sam’s and we have Mountain Sam’s, which is out of Socorro. We all had 22 RV’s here. We had a great time,” said Robin Carlson to KOB 4.
