Follow the marinade listed below to tenderize a slightly tougher cut of steak, while adding a delicious flavor to the grilled steak! Only leave the meat in the marinade for 4-12 hours, the flavor the vinegar and garlic get too pungent after that amount of time…trust me, I tried. The shorter marinade time was tasty however longer marinade times were not.
- 1 London Broil Steak
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
