Roadtreking: Instant peace – the beauty of the desert

We stayed at the Desert Trails RV Park. It was practically deserted in late May. Inseason – November through April, it’s hard to find a spot. But this time of year, just as the desert really starts to heat up, we had our choices of spots and found a little hidden cul de sac of spots that backs up to miles of desert wilderness.
