Recipe of the week: Jalapeno popper dip

Each week, Let’s RV will publish one recipe each week from the RV Centennial Cookbook authored by Evada Cooper.

The book features a collection of recipes submitted by RVers themselves. The company is providing the recipes in hopes of encouraging RVers to submit more recipes to be included in a new edition expected to be published soon.

This week’s recipe is for jalapeno popper dip. Full-time RVer Janice Pischer submitted this week’s recipe. She and her husband drive and live in their 38-foot motorhome which has all the conveniences of a house with a foundation, she noted.


  • 1 can (4 oz.) of chopped jalapenos
  • 1 can (4 oz.) of chopped green chilies
  • 1 tub (16 oz.) of cream cheese
  • 1 tub (16 oz.) of grated parmesan cheese


Dump it all together and mix it up. Heat it up until smooth and bubbly. This recipe can be baked if you have an oven available. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips. This recipe really does taste like jalapeno poppers and is much easier to prepare and serve.
