Each week, Let’s RV will publish one recipe each week from the RV Centennial Cookbook authored by Evada Cooper.
The book features a collection of recipes submitted by RVers themselves. The company is providing the recipes in hopes of encouraging RVers to submit more recipes to be included in a new edition expected to be published soon.
This week’s recipe is the $1,000 Winner dessert. It was submitted by Theresa Faylene Wolcott from Harriman, Tenn. She says she began RVing as a vacation with her large family when they often had 12 people in their rig at a the same time.
- 1 jar of Smucker’s caramel ice cream topping
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
Use the microwave to soften the caramel ice cream topping and cream cheese, just enough to mix. Put in center of a multiple space serving dish. Surround with all the fruit. Use tooth picks in order to dip.
