Hanging out in a mini house just got easier. Five teeny Tumbleweed dwellings are moving into Mt. Hood Village RV Resort and Caravan: The Tiny House Hotel in Northeast Portland has added a compact Vardo wagon to its collection of bitsy abodes.
In other tiny house travel-related news, guests of the Cabins Creekside in Welches were visited by a tiny house film crew and Dee Williams, the Pacific Northwest’s czarina of simplified living, will raise money for charity by leaving behind her 84-square-foot house on wheels to walk the Pacific Crest Trail.
Cabins are now cozier. Mount Hood visitors can book a stay in Mt. Hood Village RV Resort’s Tiny House Village, a cluster of five tiny houses, all built with cedar plank siding by Tumbleweed Tiny House Co., a home manufacturer often featured on HGTV and FYI.
