Laughing Squid: An inexpensive, sturdy DIY micro-Airstream camper

Paul Elkins, the maker of many things including the Post-Apocalyptic Bicycle Camper for the 2011 Burning Man festival, has, with just $150, built a sturdy “micro Airstream bike camper” which has all the refinements of a really tiny-home but can be easily towed by a bicycle due to its light weight.

According to an interview with Fair Companies, Elkins believes this type of shelter might help ease the financial concerns of many.
