After Debbie Zimbler-DeLorenzo and her husband, Dennis DeLorenzo, retired, it didn’t take long for them to sell their home in Clearwater, jump into an RV and begin driving across the country.
The couple is now a part of Shalom Roamers, a group for Jewish RV enthusiasts who travel extensively and meet up. The members have formed a tight-knit group that provides a Jewish community within the mobility of a traveling lifestyle.
An offshoot of the national Jewish RV group, CHAI, the Roamers was started for those Jewish RVers mainly living (and traveling) on the East Coast.
