From the bloggers at Gypsy Journal RV.
We’ve been busy with some chores the last couple of days and I had not had any time for writing. So yesterday after I dealt with all of the e-mails that came in overnight, I parked myself in front of the computer and went to work.
By the time I knocked off several hours later, I had cranked out another 4,300 words in my next Big Lake mystery novel, bringing the total to over 15,000 words in the eight days since I started on it. Hopefully today I’ll get in a few thousand more words.
One of the perks of being an author is that I can spend a lot of time goofing off and pretend that I’m really working. I’ll stretch out on the couch for a nap and tell Terry that I’m working over a particularly sticky plot point.
