It’s been a long day of camping and hiking, and you’re getting hungry. Last night you had the typical campfire dinner of hot dogs over the fire, but tonight, you’re looking for a meal that is a little more substantial. After all, you do have a full kitchen in your RV at your disposal, it’s time to put it to use!
Here are a couple of our favorite recipes that will fill your bellies after a long day of camping activities:
Caprese salad sticks

Before you head out for your day of activities, you can ensure that a warm delicious dinner will be waiting for you when you get back by putting a roast in your crock pot! This recipe is very easy, and it will only take you about 10 minutes of prep time once you have all the ingredients.
