While traveling with a motor home or towable may be a vacation or feel like vacation if it’s full-time living, fitness must still be part of the traveling habit, Stef Adinaro said.
Adinaro and her husband James created the website thefitrv.com. The Salt Lake City, Utah, couple offer advice on fitness for RV users and advice to keep those motor homes and towables fit.
The couple was in Forest City last week for the annual WIT Grand National Rally. The Adinaros travel in a Winnebago Travato, a Class B smaller unit. Winnebago and the Adinaros made some adaptations for their lifestyle, including a higher mounted bed to allow space to store bicycles while traveling.
“Our articles are relevant to the general RV population but are geared toward the population of 55 and older,” Adinaro said.
