Reinventing yourself once you’re fifty years old isn’t easy. This vintage camper makes it look like a snap.
A previous owner used the 1964 Kenskill camper as a food truck for selling muffins. A trailer who’s survived five decades as a camper and a food truck has probably been through some rough times. And you’d think that would be the end of that.
Not so fast.
Ginger and Lewis, a couple who live in Oakland, California’s East Bay, snapped up the lovely trailer and gave it a third act: a rental hostel on their property.
Tired travelers will love the fact that the trailer is located only 7 blocks from the Bay Area Rapid Transit station.
Just wear sunglasses when you approach your new temporary home, the dazzling colors can be blinding!
