This small (20 or so back-in sites) city park is very close to the town of Spanish Fork. The camping is in a parking lot, with a small tree filled picnic area at the end of every other site. The campground is on a rise, with paths going down to a nice city park that has a pond, river, pavilion and playground.

  • Beautiful city park, with biking and hiking trails
  • Only 5 miles or so from the freeway
  • Family friendly
  • Good rate-easy pay
  • Reasonable driving distance to Salt Lake City and Park City
  • Close to shopping
  • Cons

  • Hard to find the entrance to camping area
  • Just a long parking lot, backing to trees
  • Not the best for 40 footer- but workable
  • Shared post for water and electric with neighbor
  • Dump station difficult to maneuver large RVs into
  • Exit very steep – we went out the entrance
