For the first half of this week we’ve been camping at Acadiana Park Campground in Lafayette, La. It was a bit crowded when we first arrived, but since they let us pick our site, we were able to tuck ourselves away in the corner.
The park has a great network of trails and wooden walkways. The only problem is, it’s in a swampy forest that is home to a ton of mosquitos, so we had to walk really fast to avoid getting bitten.
