From the publishers of the Bemidji Pioneer:
When Emma Terres was considering colleges to continue her education — and her hockey career — she made sure to select a school close enough to her hometown of New Hope, Minn., so her parents could come watch her play.
And Pam and Mike Terres have taken full advantage. The couple attend as many games as they can. So do many parents. But what’s special about the Terres is their ride: a 1987 Mallard RV, aptly titled “Beaver Fan Bus.”
Originally, the family purchased the RV for extra space for guests at their cottage in the Alexandria area, but they started driving it to long-distance BSU away games last season, Emma’s freshman year.
