Aransas Pass Progress: Decorating ideas

From the bloggers at Aransas Pass Progress.

Maybe it is a vintage trailer or RV found at a bargain price, a 1980s model fifth wheel needing an updated look, or a desire to add a personal touch to a full-timer’s home that prompts the inspiration to redecorate.

Redecorating might begin with one project at a time and changing window treatments might be a good place to start. Valance fabric can be difficult to clean but covering it is possible using only fabric and a staple gun.

Visit trekwithus.com/how-to-re-cover-rv-window-valances/ to view an easy to follow YouTube video with complete step-by-step instructions on how to safely remove valances and secure new fabric using staples.

The choice might be to use only curtains or shades for window covering. If a sewing machine is available, there are plenty of possibilities, but many full-time RVers prefer a project without sewing.
