I reserved a site online, and when we arrived we discovered tents right behind our campsite pad. A friendly neighbor walked over and said “I can tell you have some questions! I’ve been coming here for years, I love this campground!”
He suggested we move to a nearby first come first serve site. As we were moving, a ranger came around the loop. We brought her up to speed and she told us that the tenters had been moving back and forth between the two county parks every 14 days and were not leaving any time soon.
