Aluminarium: Campground scouting Kings Canyon

From the bloggers at Aluminarium.

We did some campground scouting yesterday while touring Kings Canyon National Park and Kings Canyon National Forest.

This blue bird showed up next to us while we were waiting for a trailer to hitch up and vacate a spot.

I thought site 90 at Sheeps Creek Campground was especially cool. It sits next to some trees hugging a boulder.

The drive through Kings Canyon National Forest is windy and very scenic.

Dinner Last Night:
Pasta with creamy avocado sauce. I didn’t feel like making a salad, so after I drained the pasta I added a couple handfuls of spinach and some grape tomatoes. Oh She Glows has a similar recipe with basil that’s also really good.
